Long-term Care

This level of care is most appropriate for those individuals that choose to enter a nursing facility as their needs exceed their own abilities to care for themselves.
Residents often come from the hospital, home or other community residences and need assistance performing daily activities - such as walking, eating, bathing and dressing.
They may also need , medication management, social activities, counseling and social services.

Here, our skilled and professional staff provides physician-prescribed care in a safe and comfortable environment.

The goal of hospice is designed to give supportive care to people in the final phase of a terminal illness and focus on comfort and quality of life, rather than a cure.
The goal is to enable patients to be comfortable and free of pain, so that they live each day as fully as possible.
